Dr. Heidi A. Zetzer has been elected President of the Santa Barbara County Psychological Association for 2009.
Dr. Zetzer is the Director of the Hosford Counseling & Psychological Services Clinic in the Department of Counseling, Clinical, & School Psychology at the University of California, Santa Barbara. The Hosford Clinic provides affordable empirically-based culturally responsive mental health services to members of the Santa Barbara community. Dr. Zetzer earned a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Ohio State University in 1986 and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1990. Other elected Board Members include: President-Elect, Fred Morguelan, Ph.D.; Secretary, Karen Lehman, Ph.D.; Treasurer, John Lewis, Ph.D.; CPA Chapter Representative, Anna Kokotovic, Ph.D.; CPA Chapter Representative-Alternate, Dean Given, Ph.D.; and Student Representative, Shelley Osborn, M.A.
